The subscription covers user licenses only. Implementation services, data migration and third-party integrations are scoped and priced separately, and Leo AI usage is billed on top of licensing. These items are estimates until confirmed in a formal quote.

Implementation is a one-time, fixed fee — separate from your subscription and agreed up front rather than billed hourly. It runs from CA$45,000 to CA$65,000 per phase, where each phase implements up to four apps and typically goes live in 4 to 10 weeks. Where you land in that range and timeline depends on the scope of integrations and data migration. Because rollout is phased, you can start with your priority apps and add further phases as you scale.

Leo AI (token) usage is billed separately from user licenses. An initial CA$250 allowance is included, after which usage tops up automatically in CA$500 increments, and unused balance rolls over for up to three months. Actual Leo AI cost depends on how much your team uses it, so the figure is usage-based rather than fixed.
