HSECai uses a single, all-inclusive plan with simple volume-based pricing. Every module is included, user licensing starts at a minimum of 150 users, and the per-user rate decreases as the user count grows. Pricing is quoted in USD on an annual-billing basis over a three-year term.

As an indicative estimate, HSECai is approximately US$54,000 per year for up to 150 users on an annual, three-year term — roughly US$30 per user per month. The per-user rate drops at higher volumes, so larger deployments pay less per user. Final pricing is confirmed by a formal quote.
Are all modules included in the price?
Yes. HSECai is one all-inclusive plan, so every module is included at a single price — including SSO, role-based security, configurable workflows and ESG reporting. There are no per-module add-ons or tiered feature gates to unlock.
What is not included in the subscription price?
The subscription covers user licenses only. Implementation services, data migration and third-party integrations are scoped and priced separately, and Leo AI usage is billed on top of licensing. These items are estimates until confirmed in a formal quote.
How is Leo AI usage billed?
Leo AI (token) usage is billed separately from user licenses. An initial US$250 allowance is included, after which usage tops up automatically in US$500 increments, and unused balance rolls over for up to three months. Actual Leo AI cost depends on how much your team uses it, so the figure is usage-based rather than fixed.
