The module runs the full audit lifecycle: an audit scheduler for recurring and ad hoc audits, QR-code mobile inspections completed on a phone or tablet, configurable templates and checklists, and corrective actions tracked to closure. Inspectors capture findings, photos, and evidence in the field, and each finding can open an assigned corrective action automatically. Because HSECai is a single native-AI platform, audit data and actions share the same records as incidents, risk, and compliance rather than sitting in a separate tool.

Each asset, area, or piece of equipment is assigned a QR code. A worker scans it with the HSECai mobile app to open the correct inspection checklist for that item, completes it on-site, and submits results with photos and notes. Scanning removes ambiguity about which asset was checked and timestamps the inspection, which strengthens the audit trail and speeds field workflows.
