Prove compliance to the regulator — don't just assert it. HSECai ties every regulation, permit and obligation to the site and owner responsible on one live calendar, with the dated, auditable evidence trail you need to demonstrate it on demand.

Compliance Management, end to end.

Manage the full obligation lifecycle: applicable regulations by jurisdiction, EPA requirements, permits, recurring compliance tasks and your own internal standards — each tied to the risks and actions that keep you compliant.

Compliance Management — questions

What does HSECai's Compliance Management module cover?

It maps the regulations that apply to each site by jurisdiction, tracks specific obligations such as EPA reporting and monitoring deadlines, and manages the full lifecycle of environmental permits from application through renewal. A compliance calendar converts every obligation into a scheduled, assignable task with clear ownership and status. Internal policies and standards are managed in the same place as external regulations, so both are enforced from one system.

How does HSECai keep track of requirements across multiple jurisdictions?

Regulations are organized by jurisdiction and mapped to the sites they govern, so each location works from only the requirements that apply to it. Obligations and their deadlines feed the compliance calendar, and the assigned owners are notified as dates approach or a requirement changes. This gives a multi-site or multi-country operation one current register instead of separate spreadsheets to reconcile.

How does Compliance Management connect to the rest of the platform?

Because HSECai is a single native-AI platform rather than a set of acquired products, compliance data shares one model with EHS and risk. A permit condition can drive an inspection, a missed obligation can raise a risk or a corrective action, and an audit finding links back to the regulation it cites. There are no connectors to build or maintain between separate systems.

How is this different from a legacy compliance suite?

Legacy EHS and GRC suites grew largely by acquisition, so compliance often sits in a bolt-on module with its own data and integrations to manage. HSECai was built as one platform, which is why compliance, EHS, and risk share a common record and why deployment is measured in weeks rather than quarters.
